We want you to love your SKIMS, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like underwear and shapewear must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printer-less drop-offs at authorized locations.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags and hygienic liners are attached to the garments.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your return is scanned.
