How do I find my perfect size?
We recommend using our comprehensive Size Guide found on each product page. Our shapewear and loungewear are designed to fit true to size, but if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and hygiene liners attached. Please note that some items are marked as final sale.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
How should I care for my SKIMS products?
To maintain the longevity of your garments, we recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent and laying flat to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
